JustGrow provides professional digital marketing services, including but not limited to:

• Social Media Marketing & Management
• Google Ads (PPC Campaigns)
• Website Design and Development
• Brand Strategy and Design

The specific scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and pricing will be outlined in a separate written agreement or proposal provided to the client before the commencement of any project.

3. Payments and Billing

All services require payment as per the terms agreed upon in the individual client contract or invoice. Unless otherwise stated, a deposit is required before work begins. All fees are non-refundable once the service execution has commenced, given the time and resources allocated by our team.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the final designs, code, and deliverables created specifically for the client will become the property of the client. However, JustGrow reserves the right to use the completed work as part of our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials, unless a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to the project.

5. Limitation of Liability

JustGrow strives to deliver the best possible results, including higher search engine rankings and increased traffic. However, we cannot guarantee specific metrics or sales figures due to the dynamic nature of digital platforms (like Google or Meta algorithms). In no event shall JustGrow be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh.
